Puerto Plata, officially known as San Felipe de Puerto Plata, is the ninth-largest city in the Dominican Republic. Puerto Plata's main attraction offers a day of hiking through thick forest, crossing footbridges and passing numerous flora before reaching a rocky hilltop and making way down by jumping or sliding down a series of waterfalls.

There are botanic gardens and nearby waterfalls and thermal springs and Morne Trois Pitons National Park, designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1997 which contains a flooded fumarole known as Boiling Lake.

St. John's is the capital, largest city and key port of the Caribbean island nation of Antigua and Barbuda. The city is approximately 4 square miles on size, and is designed in an easy to navigate grid system. The city is famous for its shopping malls as well as boutiques throughout the city, selling designer jewellery and haute-couture clothing.

Day 7 St. Maarten, Dutch Caribbean

St. Maarten, a popular cruise-ship stop is part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The capital, Philipsburg, has cobblestone streets and colorful, colonial-style buildings lining its Front Street shopping area.
