Curacao has two main docking spots: the new Curacao Mega Pier (West Willemstad) and the Curacao Cruise Terminal (Mathey Wharf). Willemstad, often called the Amsterdam of the Caribbean, is the capital and main cruise port on the island of Curacao. It is like an old-world European metropolis that was dumped into the Caribbean. As the country's chief port and busiest commercial center, it is famous for exporting sugar, rum, tinned fruit, and cacao.

Day 11 Antigua, Antigua and Barbuda

St. John's, the capital and port of Antigua, is where cruise ships dock. St. John's is a picturesque entry point into the island's history and culture. You can reach the Heritage Quay open-air shopping center by heading southwest from the cathedral through the city. Have fun at King's Casino, located on the western end of 39ers Public Square and overlooking the Caribbean Sea, after a day of shopping or sightseeing.
