Day 2 Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic

Puerto Plata, officially known as San Felipe de Puerto Plata, is the ninth-largest city in the Dominican Republic. Puerto Plata has resorts such as Playa Dorada and Costa Dorada, which are located east of the city proper. Puerto Plata's main attraction offers a day of hiking through thick forest, crossing footbridges, and passing numerous plants before reaching a rocky hilltop and making their way down by jumping or sliding down a series of waterfalls.

Day 4 Curacao, Dutch Caribbean

The vibrantly colored island of Curacao, located some 37 miles north of the coast of Venezuela, is part of the ABC chain of islands, which also includes Aruba and Bonaire. The canal, which was completed in August 1914, is one of the two most strategically important artificial waterways in the world.
